ABOUT ME

It turns out my love of business operations started earlier than most. In Year 12 I took Small Business Management, finished with 100%, picked up a Merit Certificate at Government House, and placed third in a statewide competition. The passion started early and it's come back around with even more purpose.

For over two decades I worked across administration, customer service, fleet account management, front office management, and event planning. Leading staff, managing rosters, and navigating the kind of real, messy, people-shaped challenges that textbooks tend to skip over. It gave me a grounded understanding of how businesses actually run, and more importantly, what quietly holds them back.

KJ & CO is the natural next step. Taking everything I've learned and built over the years and putting it to work in a way that genuinely makes a difference.

I've never been able to separate the business from the person running it. When you're overwhelmed, the business suffers. When the business is chaotic, you suffer. The two are completely intertwined, and that's exactly how I approach my work.
